Across the Pond

Dear readers,

Recently I was at a ten day summer camp and while I was there I read a book called Across the Pond by Joy McCullough.

Across the Pond is a book about a girl who moves “across the pond”, at least thats what her parents keep calling it. In San Diego after a major friendship break up, Callie is so ready to move to Scotland on top of it all she gets to live in a real life castle!

I loved how careful Joy McCullough was with the words she used. I really enjoyed this one character named Sid because she was very good at handling some personal stuff and managing her friendships.

I personally loved this book and I hope you read it please let me know what you think in the comments. I wonder if there will be a sequel?
